Release Kit Licensing Agreement.

1. Scope of license

Upon purchase, the buyer ("Licensee") receives a one-time exclusive perpetual commercial license to use the Release Kit deliverables for any purpose related to their music release, including but not limited to:

• Streaming platform cover art (Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, Audius)
• Physical media (vinyl jackets, CD/cassette covers, posters, lyric sheets)
• Promotional materials (social posts, story templates, event flyers, press kits)
• Music videos, lyric videos, visualizers, live performance backdrops
• Merchandise (apparel, prints, stickers, signed copies)

2. Exclusivity & one-of-one

Each Release Kit is sold once and only once. Upon completion of sale, Blueberry Visuals permanently retires the artwork from public catalog and will never license, resell, or recreate the same kit for another buyer. The kit is marked as "Sold" in our public archive at /kits/sold.

3. Deliverables

Standard kit includes:

• 3000×3000 master cover (PNG + layered PSD)
• 10-second animated cover loop (1080p MP4 + HAP-Q for Resolume)
• Vinyl sleeve mockup (12", front + back)
• Story templates (1080×1920, Instagram/TikTok-ready)
• Streaming platform headers (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Facebook)
• Event flyer template (Photoshop layered)
• 4K wallpaper variant
• Custom icon + sticker layout (print-ready)

Additional file types, resolutions, or formats available upon request at no additional cost.

4. Buyer rights

Licensee may modify, recolor, reframe, or remix the deliverables for their own use. Licensee may not, however:

• Resell, sublicense, or transfer the kit to a third party
• Claim original authorship of the artwork
• Use the artwork for projects unrelated to the buyer's music or artistic identity

5. Blueberry Visuals rights

Blueberry Visuals retains the right to:

• Display the kit in portfolio, social media, and press materials
• List the kit in our sold-archive at /kits/sold
• Credit acknowledgment as "Visuals by Blueberry Visuals" or "Art by Blueberry Visuals" on streaming platforms, press, and visible use

6. Delivery & support

All files delivered via secure download link within 24 hours of purchase. Licensee receives unlimited revisions on cover deliverables for 30 days post-purchase. Lifetime free file format conversions on request.

7. Refunds

Due to the exclusive one-of-one nature of Release Kits, all sales are final once delivered. Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase if delivery has not yet occurred.
