Digital products

Release kits, VJ packs, plugins, and audio resources are non-refundable once delivered. Each kit is one-of-one and marked sold permanently after purchase. Pay-what-you-feel tips are also final. If a file is corrupted on delivery, contact us and we will re-send.

Physical merch

Tees, prints, and studio gear: 14-day return window for unworn items in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt. Damaged-in-transit items refunded or replaced at our cost — send photos within 48h.

Custom commissions

Custom motion design, festival visuals, and bespoke Resolume rigs follow the terms in the signed scope of work. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations before production return any unused balance.
