Terms

Release Kits (sold once). When you purchase a Release Kit, you receive a one-of-one license. The kit is permanently marked sold on this catalog after purchase. You receive: cover art, animated loop, deliverable list, and a perpetual exclusive commercial license to use these assets for one music release (EP, single, or album). Blueberry Visuals retains the right to display the kit in our portfolio with credit. You may not resell or sublicense the kit assets.

VJ Packs. Pay-what-you-feel packs grant non-exclusive, perpetual rights to use the loops in your VJ sets, live performances, and broadcasts. You may not redistribute the raw files. Tipper Exclusive packs add an additional cooperative-use clause shared at delivery.

Plugins. Resolume plugins are licensed per-machine. You may install on up to 2 personal machines. You may not redistribute the binary.

Commissions. Custom work is governed by per-project SOWs signed before work begins. Default: BV retains portfolio rights, client owns the deliverable.

Refunds. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If a deliverable doesn't match the description, email lucas@lucaslib.com within 7 days.

Liability. BV is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product.
