DXV3 Verify (Tool)
Catches the silent DXV3 encode failures Alley misses.
Free
DXV3 Verify is a drag-and-drop Windows tool that scans every .mov in a folder and reports per-file: codec_tag (DXD3 vs avc1 vs Hap), moov atom presence, frame count vs duration sanity, and resolution. Color-coded verdict in seconds. Built because Alley does not warn when an encode silently fails. Catches the three failure modes that show up mid-set: partial moov atoms, H264 renamed .mov, and silent frame truncation. Used in-house at Blueberry Visuals before every Resolume show.
