Use of the site

By accessing Blueberry Visuals you agree to these terms. The site exists to showcase visual work and sell digital products. Use it for those purposes.

Products

Release kits are one-of-one. Once purchased, the kit is permanently marked sold and won't be resold to anyone. VJ tools, plugins, and audio resources are non-exclusive licenses — the buyer may use them in live performance and recorded productions but may not resell or redistribute the source files.

Licensing

See the License page for full usage rights. Release kits have separate one-of-one terms — see the Release Kit Licensing Agreement.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Intellectual property

All visual content on this site (renders, mockups, brand marks, page layout) is © Blueberry Visuals unless otherwise credited. Don't republish without permission.

Limitation of liability

Products are provided as-is. BV is not liable for damages arising from use of the digital products beyond the original purchase price.
